Where access (how the person physically uses the device) is the bottleneck rather than language selection. Speech pathology leads the language side; I lead the access and positioning side.
What's involved
Functional assessment of upper limb, posture, vision, and fatigue. Trials with two or three candidate access methods. Written AT report joint with the speech pathologist.
