Children and adolescents where sensory processing is suspected to be affecting participation - sleep, mealtimes, classroom learning, friendships, or behaviour at home.
What's included

How it usually runs
1. Intake call
Confirm what decisions the assessment needs to support - plan review, school plan, treatment direction.
2. Parent and teacher questionnaires
Standardised forms completed before the first appointment.
3. Two assessment sessions
One in clinic, one at home or school where useful. Total 2–3 hours of contact time.
4. Written report
8–12 page report with profile, interpretation, and strategy recommendations. Delivered within two weeks.
Reports
Full written sensory profile report. Suitable for treating team, school, or NDIS plan review evidence.
